Website Creation for Beginners Using Windows

This website covers aspects of creating a simple website with Html and CSS using free programs with Windows. I emphasize learning Html and CSS using Visual Studio Code editor. I have tried using BlueGriffon WYSIWYG editor but it has too many bugs. I used Dreamweaver at one time, but find it lacking and expensive. Finally I decided to learn Html and CSS to build webpages from scratch. You must know Html and CSS to repair webpages in WYSIWYG editors anyway. I have written down the steps I learned while building the webpage you are reading. You should be able to follow along, even with minimal knowledge. If you decide to publish your own website it will cost about $100 per year for hosting.
